learned from newspapers and television that the Japanese Agriculture Minister Toshikatsu Matsuoka, part of the government led by Shinzo Abe, was hanged because he was accused, apparently with a solid foundation to be involved in financial scandals. He obeyed the ancient Japanese code of conduct called Bushido and which requires, among other things, first of all absolute honesty in carrying out its functions. The matter, as an Italian citizen, I worry greatly. Why fear the contagion of avian influenza in the same way. Before Matsuoka, I happened to read both time that Japanese managers who had led the company into bankruptcy by their tours were thrown down from the top of a skyscraper or even had the samurai harakiri as it once was.

The words of mine in some way help to avert the terrible possibility that even in our beloved country to spread such a barbaric practice that would lead Italy to a disastrous short depopulation of industrialists, entrepreneurs, public sector managers, a dangerous depletion of those lofty intelligences that the leaders of our production capacities.
