STATISTICS Reflections (Part I)

In recent days I read the book " Getting Organized in the Google was "Merrill DC.

Busy Time: 131 hours (78% of the week)

The Busy Time takes account of actual working hours , those preparatory work (travel, move, preparation), of time dedicated to sleep and activities essential personal and family, not family leisure time (eg. accompany children to school or go shopping). The Busy Time

as defined above is almost entirely inelastic ": a" lock-hour Estate irreducible . "In fact, a few hours" unemployed "are all in the band dedicated to Sleep , while " moved" between the hours devoted to other essential activities (personal hygiene, nutrition).

The Leisure (definition of convenience) takes account the gaps between a busy time and another , evening hours of pre-sleep , lack of work over the weekend . The 37 hours so they are not observed properly evaluate whether merged because qualitatively heterogeneous, so I have divided into two groups:

Leisure Family : 19 hours per week ( 11, 3% ): is spent in family leisure ;
Leisure Staff : 18 hours per week ( 10.7%): is free time for themselves .
addition of 18 hours per week of Leisure Staff , 12 hours are in the range nightly pre-sleep (for me low energy intensity), while the other 6 are scattered in the late afternoon and constitute empty rigidly set between two busy times .

I did not deliberately put the CD social time, that is dedicated to friends, relatives, various events, etc.. Because I consider it a free overall pick and then I do not require a "reserve hours " specially dedicated. It is obviously to draw hours from Leisure and the Family Staff .
